I have a Wireless Access Password but cannot access network services?

  1. Make sure the wireless radio on your device is switched on

  2. Scan for available wireless networks. You should be able to see MUST STAFF or MUST STUDENT if you are within the signal reach

  3. If you are a staff member connect to MUST STAFF and if you are a student connect to MUST STUDENT

  4. Ensure that you are connected to the desired wireless network

  5. Launch you web browser e.g Mozilla Firefox and try to access a webpage

  6. You will be prompted to provide a username and password

  7. Use your allocated username and password

  8. IF this fails please visit the Computing Services Office on 3rd Floor, New Science Block

I need to access licensed Microsoft and Antivirus Software

Please visit the Computing Services Office on 3rd Floor New Science Block.

Licensed Microsoft and Anti-virus software shall only be provided to bona fide members of staff using university owned computing devices.
